Before placing an order, reading our terms and conditions is a MUST.

1. All products featured here are on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated.

2. AUTHENTICITY is GUARANTEED. All goods sold here are 100% genuine and imported from korea.

3. JapaneseCandy will NOT be liable for any damages such as eye discomfort, skin allergies, infections caused by our products.

4. Full payment is required before ordering the items for you. No payment means no order. Payment shall be received within 24-48 hours after invoice was sent.

5. Shipping & handling fees and other charges will be shouldered by the buyer.

6. S&H fee is NOT equivalent to the postage cost and we have different shipping rates and weight ranges here in the philippines. Take in consideration other factors involved in S&H, such as: Jeepney Fare (back and forth), S&H Materials (envelopes, packaging tapes, bubble film & etc...) and Labor.

7. All items will be shipped from PHILIPPINES (ASIA), Davao City to be exact via PHILPOST REGISTERED MAIL or EMS (upon request for higher cost). Registered Mails are accorded special security, with the items recorded from acceptance to delivery to the addressee. Registry return receipt is attached to be signed by the recipient at the time of delivery.

8. Your order will be shipped out witin 24 to 48 hours after arriving of stocks from Korea. If it's already from on hand stocks, we will ship it out right away as long as it is not a friday. Shipping will take approximately 10 to 23 days or 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping time varies DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION / COUNTRY and DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE HANDLE THE DELIVERY. We are NOT in control of holidays, shipping delays, POST OFFICE system, CUSTOMS nor we can able to speed up processing, shipping, delivery times faster. We also have to wait, just as you do. Any taxes (where applicable) or CUSTOMS charges (in your territory) are of your sole responsibility.

9. Degrees for left and right eye can be different and mixed (eg. left -3.00 / right -2.75) for EOS and GEO brands only but you cannot mix power in a pair for BARBIE DUEBA & G&G brand so you should order 2 pairs. Same cost with or without power.

10. All lenses are for MYOPIA only except for TORIC LENS that is for astigmatism.

11. We only accept US DOLLAR currency payments for international buyers and PHILIPPINE PESO for local buyers.

12. Reservation and poor communication is not allowed or else your order will be cancelled automatically.

13. All lenses are in secure air-sealed vial or blister.

14. We check all items and packed the items securely before handling them to the post office for shipping.

15. All goods sold here are NOT refundable nor exchangeable. NO CANCELLATION of orders too once you have submitted your order form so please place and make your order only if you are 150% sure. Different in size and color of the product in real life and you may not need or cannot wear the product anymore are not acceptable reason for refund and exchange. Size and color may differ in the actual product are visible because of different setting of the personal computer so please think well before you order. We can only refund or exchange when the item you ordered is out of stock.

16. You are buying at your own risk. We are not be held responsible for delays, lost and damaged packages during shipping. We have proof of every sent package (we take pictures of the package before sending them out and handling them to the post office) and we guarantee that all items we sent are in GREAT condition and packed securely.

17. In case of defective item or wrong sent item, please send the item back to us via Registered Mail within 7 days of request. We will not accept or do a replacement if sealed is broken and if items damaged during shipping. However, the company inspect all the items for defects before shipping to us so there's only like a chance of 1 defect out of 1000.
