Q: What are circle lenses?
Circle lenses are cosmetic contact lenses that
have a black ring meant to enlarge the appearance of the iris. Originally
from Korea, these lenses were made popular by ulzzangs ("best-face"
celebrities) and pop stars. IE, Kim Namji is very famous for wearing
circle lenses, as are most Chinese/Taiwanese "Pretty Girls"
(Mei Nur). They give the appearance of clear, doll-like eyes and are
available primarily to the Asian market. You can also order some of
these in plano or with prescription.
Q: What is the difference between normal color contact lens and circle lens?
Both are available in a variety of colors and
designs as cosmetic lenses, but regular colored lenses do not have
a black ring around the outer edge of the iris. They are meant to
change the color of your eyes. Circle lenses are mean to make your
eyes appear larger with their noticeable black ring.
Q: Can I use an eyeglass prescription to order a contact lens?
Not really because the eyeglass and contact
lens specifications are not the same. Also, you need to be evaluated
and fitted for the contact lens and given instructions on the care
and handling of the contact lens so you don't wear them out prematurely.
If you currently wear glasses you should go back to your doctor and
ask to be fitted for a contact lens as well. Don't forget to ask for
a copy of your contact lens specifications.
Q: What if i have astigmatism?
You can order the toric lens for astigmatism.

Q: Is an eye examination required before ordering contact lenses?
Not necessarily if you are currently using and
already been prescribed and have been successfully wearing it. Otherwise,
you need to be examined for contact lenses to get a prescription,
to get proper instructions, and to receive follow up care.
Q: How will I know if the contact lens I purchased on the internet is authentic from Korea?
There have been an increasing number of online

No. As this is not extended wear contacts, you
should not sleep in these contact lens except for napping.
Q: I just received my circle lenses, can i soak them in the same solution they came in?
No, you can't because it is saline water, not a solution for contact lens care, so you cannot soak your circle lenses in the same solution in which they were when you received your order. You should take your contact lenses from their packaging bottle and soak them in multi-purpose contact lens solution overnight or at least 6 hours before you wear them for the first time.
Q: Please help me, this is my first time putting on color lenses, how to do, and what I shouldn't do?
The most important thing to do prior to inserting your contact lenses is to make sure that your hands are clean, and you must have a clean contact lens case filled with multi-purpose solution. You might think that it's a little bit difficult when you try to put contact lens for the first time but don't worry as you won't have this feeling anymore after few days wearing your lenses. All you need is practice and patience. Don't forget that you should not wear makeup before wearing contact lens and you should not have long nails that might hurt your eyes when you try to put or remove your contact lenses, and also because it might scratch your lenses. Please go HERE for more information.
Q: Can I buy multiple lenses and keep them if I do not open them, will they expire fast?
Yes, you can buy multiple lenses, and as many as you want because you can keep them for a long time before you open the bottle, but if you have many contact lenses you should check the expiration date on the vial before you use them. Actually the circle lenses or big eyes lenses can be stored in their unopened packaging bottle up to 5 years since the date when they came out from factory, but whenever you open the bottle, you should use your circle lenses within 1 year. And 1 year is what contact lens brands recommend, but ophthalmologists advise to wear lenses a maximum of 6 months even when they are sold as 1 year disposable lenses.
Q: Does inserting circle lenses hurt ? Are circle lenses comfortable to wear?
Inserting circle lenses does not hurt but you might feel that it is a little bit difficult to insert contact lenses for the first time because you will be scared to keep your fingers and nails so close to your eyes, but don't worry as after few days you won't fear anything at all. In general circle lenses are very soft and comfortable to wear and this is a personal feeling shared by most lenses users. The only situation when wearing lenses can become uncomfortable is when your eyes are becoming dry, that's why you should not wear contact lenses more than 8 hours a day, and the main thing is to follow the doctor's instructions about how to use your contact lenses. Circle lenses often are more comfortable to wear than classic contact lenses or classic color lenses.
Q: Should I wear my contact lenses before or after applying makeup?
You should wear contact lenses prior to applying any makeup because your fingers are still clean and because in case your contact lenses would touch your skin it is better not to have any make up that will end into your eyes. If you put makeup on your eyes before inserting your contact lenses they could be in contact with eyeliner, mascara or eye shadow and the chemicals used for makeup could be dangerous for your eyes. Also, if you wear make up after having inserted your contact lenses you should use it sparingly to avoid debris falling into your eyes and damaging the lens or developing an eye infection.
Q: Please help me, I feel pain when wearing my contact lenses, are they hurting my eyes?
You should remove your contact lenses from your eyes whenever you feel pain. The contacts could be inserted the wrong side, they could have a scratch, or maybe they just are not clean enough. Most of the time contact lenses wearers are delighted with the level of comfort that contact lenses provide after a brief adjustment period, and most of the people don't even feel the lenses in their eyes. Some others, really few among color contact lens users, might be allergic to the material used to make the lenses, or some discomfort can occur when using the wrong base curve or when the solution that they are using to disinfect their contacts is not good enough, so they should visit a doctor to solve this problem. Remember that these circle contact lenses are cosmetic products as eyeliner or foundation are, and whenever your cosmetics give you a rush, you should not wear them anymore.

6 seconds. Use contact lens lubricants to lubricate your eyes and
rewet your lenses. If problem persist, stop wearing the lens and consult
your eye doctor.
